Product: Onepaging Tools / 350+ Tools

Developer / Data Controller: Existed Innovations

Privacy contact: existedinnovationshelp@gmail.com

Website: https://onepaging.com/tools/

Android package: com.onepaging.tools

This policy covers Onepaging Tools only (the website at onepaging.com/tools and the Android app “350+ Tools”). The separate OnePaging link-in-bio app (com.onepaging.app) has its own policy at onepaging.com/privacy.

Quick summary

  • No account required. Tools run in your browser (or in our Android wrapper of that site). We do not ask you to create a Tools account or sign in.
  • Your files stay on your device. Image, PDF, text, and similar tools process inputs locally in your browser whenever designed that way. We do not operate a server that stores your uploaded tool files for those client-side tools.
  • Advertising. On individual tool pages we may show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may collect device/ad identifiers and similar data as described in Google’s policies.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising partners may process data for ads under their own terms.
  • Worldwide users (including EU/EEA, UK, and other regions) can contact us to exercise privacy rights (access, deletion, objection, etc.).

1. Who we are

Existed Innovations (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides free online utilities under the name Onepaging Tools / 350+ Tools (the “Service”). The Service includes:

  • the website at https://onepaging.com/tools/;
  • the Android application that opens those pages in a Trusted Web Activity (package com.onepaging.tools).

Existed Innovations is the data controller for personal information we process ourselves in connection with the Service. For advertising and analytics technologies operated by Google, Google may act as an independent controller or as described in Google’s documentation.

Contact for privacy requests: existedinnovationshelp@gmail.com (subject line: “Privacy Request — Tools”).

2. Scope and who this applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Service worldwide, including users in the European Union / European Economic Area (EU/EEA), United Kingdom, United States, India, and other countries. Where local law gives you stronger rights, we honor those rights.

By using the Service, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

3. Personal information we collect

Because Tools is primarily browser-based and account-free, we collect limited personal information compared with a signed-in product.

3.1 Information you provide

  • Support emails — if you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.
  • Tool inputs — text, numbers, images, PDFs, or other files you enter or select in a tool. For client-side tools, processing happens in your browser and those inputs are not uploaded to our servers for storage as part of normal tool use.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical / log data — when you load pages, our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting / Google Cloud infrastructure) may process standard server logs such as IP address, user-agent, request URL, and timestamps for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
  • Device and usage signals via ads — on tool detail pages, Google AdSense may collect or receive identifiers, cookie/advertising IDs, approximate location derived from IP, page URLs, and similar technical data to serve and measure ads.
  • Android / Play distribution — if you install the app from Google Play, Google may process install, crash, and device information under Google Play’s terms. We do not operate a separate in-app account system for Tools.

3.3 Information we do not intentionally collect

  • We do not require name, email, or password to use Tools.
  • We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, SMS, call logs, health data, or payment card numbers through Tools.
  • We do not use Tools to build a permanent profile database of your tool files.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • operate, host, and improve the Tools website and Android wrapper;
  • keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
  • respond to support and privacy requests;
  • comply with law;
  • display advertising (via Google AdSense) so we can offer Tools free of charge.

5. Legal bases (EU/EEA, UK, and similar laws)

Where GDPR / UK GDPR (or similar) applies, we rely on:

  • Legitimate interests — operating a free tools site, security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics/logging needed to run hosting;
  • Consent — where required for non-essential cookies/ads (for example via browser or Google consent mechanisms in regions that require them);
  • Contract / steps prior to contract — when you ask us for support related to the Service;
  • Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.

You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing.

6. Cookies, local storage, and advertising

The Service may use:

  • Essential technical storage needed for pages to work;
  • Google AdSense cookies and similar technologies on tool pages to show ads, limit ad frequency, and measure performance.

Google’s use of information is described in Google’s policies, including:

  • Google Privacy Policy
  • How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services

You can manage ads personalization through Google’s tools (for example Ad Settings) and your browser or device settings. Blocking ads or cookies may reduce functionality or change how ads appear.

7. Sharing and disclosures

We may share information with:

  • Google — hosting (Firebase Hosting), AdSense advertising, and (for the Android app) Google Play distribution and related services;
  • Service providers that help us operate email/support infrastructure, under appropriate confidentiality;
  • Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • Business transfers — if we reorganize or transfer assets, information may transfer as part of that process under continued protection commitments.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share tool file contents from client-side tools with advertisers as a deliberate product feature.

8. International transfers

We are based in India and use Google infrastructure that may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards available under applicable law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses used by Google for its services, or other lawful transfer mechanisms).

9. Retention

  • Support emails — retained as long as needed to resolve your request and for legitimate business/legal records, then deleted or archived as appropriate.
  • Server logs — retained for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs of our hosting provider.
  • Ad / cookie data — retained according to Google’s and your browser’s settings.
  • Client-side tool inputs — generally remain on your device and are discarded when you leave or clear the page/session, unless your browser keeps temporary cache artifacts.

10. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS for the website and industry-standard hosting protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping files and outputs you generate on your own device secure.

11. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country, which may be 16 in parts of the EU for certain consent-based processing). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, email existedinnovationshelp@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Your privacy rights (worldwide, including EU and other regions)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access / know what personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete personal information we control;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Portability of information you provided to us;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Opt out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising where those concepts apply under US state laws — contact us to submit a request; note that Google AdSense may still use its own controls;
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example your local EU/EEA data protection authority or the UK ICO).

To exercise rights we control, email existedinnovationshelp@gmail.com with subject “Privacy Request — Tools”. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days where GDPR applies, unless an extension is permitted).

Because Tools has no user account, many requests are limited to information tied to an email you sent us or technical identifiers you can reasonably help us locate. For AdSense/Google data, you may also use Google’s own privacy tools.

12.1 How to stop using the Service / reduce collection

  1. Stop visiting onepaging.com/tools.
  2. Uninstall the Android app if installed.
  3. Clear site cookies/storage in your browser and reset advertising IDs on your device if desired.
  4. Email us to delete support correspondence we hold.

13. Third-party links and tools

Some pages may link to third-party sites (including OnePaging’s main site). Their privacy practices are their own. This policy does not cover OnePaging (com.onepaging.app) except to distinguish it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where local law requires additional consent.
