1. Introduction

Existed Innovations ("we," "us," or "our") operates the OnePaging mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and send personal information when you use OnePaging.

OnePaging collects and sends personal information. This includes information you provide, information collected automatically when you use the app, and information received from Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing. Every category of personal information collected or sent by the app is disclosed in Section 3 and matches our Google Play Data safety declaration.

By using OnePaging, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

3. Personal Information We Collect and Send

OnePaging collects and sends personal information. The table below lists every category of personal information collected or transmitted by the app, matching our Google Play Data safety form.

"Other user-generated content" includes your bio, display name, custom links, social links, and appearance settings.

3.3 Information collected automatically

• Device and app identifiers — app functionality, security, and Firebase App Check
• Usage and analytics data — page views and link clicks on your profile (shown to you in the app)
• Crash and diagnostic logs — app stability when enabled through Firebase

3.4 Information from third parties

• Google Sign-In — email address and basic profile information permitted by Google
• Google Play Billing — purchase or subscription status (we do not receive full payment card details)

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, SMS, call logs, health data, or bank/credit card numbers through OnePaging.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Let you build, customize, and publish your link page
• Store your content in the cloud using Firebase
• Provide in-app analytics such as views and clicks on your page
• Process Premium subscriptions
• Respond to support and privacy requests
• Improve app security, performance, and features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

5. How We Store and Protect Data

Your data is stored using Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication for account sign-in
• Cloud Firestore for profile data, links, and settings
• Firebase Cloud Storage for images and uploaded files

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your data is restricted by authentication and security rules so only you can modify your own content.

We retain your data while your account is active. See Section 10 for deletion options.

6. Data Sharing and Your Right to Know

You have the right to know whether we share your personal information. We share personal information only in the situations below.

6.1 Service providers

Google (Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play) — We share account, profile, storage, analytics, and billing-related data as needed so the app can function. Google acts as our service provider / processor.

6.2 Legal requirements

Legal authorities — We may share information when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6.3 Public content

Your public OnePaging page (username, links, and published profile content) is visible to anyone who visits your page URL.

6.4 What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your personal information with advertisers for targeted or behavioral advertising.
• We do not share your personal information with data brokers.

7. How to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Your Data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), this means OnePaging does not "sell" your data.

We do not share your personal information for targeted advertising. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share it with ad networks or data brokers for advertising purposes.

7.1 How to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data (step-by-step)

Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, a separate opt-out mechanism is not required by law. However, if you wish to confirm your opt-out status or exercise your privacy rights, follow these steps:

1. Opt out by email: Send an email to existedinnovationshelp@gmail.com with the subject line "Opt-Out Request". In the email, include the Google account email linked to your OnePaging account. We will confirm within 30 days that your personal information is not sold and is not shared for targeted advertising.
2. Opt out of data sharing by deleting your data: Open OnePaging → Menu → Account → Delete My Data. This removes your profile content, links, images, and analytics from our servers while keeping your login.
3. Opt out of all future collection by deleting your account: Open OnePaging → Menu → Account → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all associated personal information. Web instructions: onepaging.com/delete-account
4. Stop all collection: After deleting your account, uninstall the app. No further personal information will be collected.

If you cannot access the app, email existedinnovationshelp@gmail.com with "Opt-Out Request" or "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days at no charge.

8. Children's Privacy

OnePaging is not directed at children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact existedinnovationshelp@gmail.com and we will delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to know / access — request what personal information we hold about you
• Right to correct — update inaccurate data in the app or by contacting us
• Right to delete — delete your data or account (see Section 10)
• Right to know about sharing — request information about whether and with whom we share personal information

9.1 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

9.2 Virginia residents (VCDPA)

9.3 Brazil (LGPD)

10. Data Deletion

You can delete your data in two ways:

Option A — Delete My Data (keep account)

In the app: Menu → Account → Delete My Data

This removes links, images, themes, settings, and analytics but keeps your login, email, and username.

Option B — Delete Account (full deletion)

In the app: Menu → Account → Delete Account

This permanently deletes your Firebase account, username, Firestore data, uploaded files, and local app data.

After full account deletion, data is removed from our active systems. Backup copies may remain for a limited time according to Firebase and Google retention policies.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries where Google and Firebase operate, including the United States and India. Google provides safeguards for international data transfers as described in Google's privacy documentation.

12. Third-Party Links

Your OnePaging page may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://onepaging.com/privacy with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
