1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnePaging mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Existed Innovations ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using OnePaging, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OnePaging is a link-in-bio platform that lets you:
- Create a personalized page with custom and social links
- Customize appearance, themes, and templates
- Upload profile and background images
- View basic analytics (page views and link clicks)
- Optionally subscribe to Premium features
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use OnePaging. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
- You must sign in using Google Sign-In (or other methods we may offer).
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- You must choose a username that is not offensive, misleading, or infringing on others' rights.
- One username per account. Usernames may not be transferred without our approval.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload malware, spam, or malicious links
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for phishing, fraud, or unauthorized advertising
- Circumvent Premium features or payment systems
- Create accounts for abusive or automated purposes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (links, text, images). By using OnePaging, you grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service (including showing your public page to visitors).
You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Public Pages
Content you publish on your OnePaging page may be publicly visible to anyone with your page URL. Do not post private or sensitive information you do not want to be public.
8. Premium Subscriptions
8.1 Billing
Premium features are available through in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
8.2 Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
- It renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Subscriptions
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies
8.3 Price changes
We may change Premium pricing with notice as required by Google Play and applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
OnePaging, its logo, design, and software are owned by Existed Innovations or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.
Third-party open-source software used in the app is subject to its respective licenses (viewable in the app under About → Open Source Licenses).
10. Privacy
Your use of OnePaging is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://onepaging.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we share it, your rights (including under GDPR, CCPA, VCDPA, and LGPD), and how to request deletion or opt out of any sale of data (we do not sell personal information).
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your data or account at any time:
- Delete My Data: Menu → Account → Delete My Data (keeps account and username)
- Delete Account: Menu → Account → Delete Account (permanent deletion)

12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not responsible for third-party links on your page or content posted by users.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXISTED INNOVATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Existed Innovations from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://onepaging.com/terms with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with notice where required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
